“On account of International Yoga Day, a Special Assembly was conducted during the class hours on 21st June 2021. Few children were assigned with a responsibility to take up for special assembly.
Since the “Country of the month” was INDIA, children spoke about national symbols, Indian culture, Indian Heritage and about the significance of yoga.
Children learnt some Yoga Asanas by watching a video shared by their yoga teacher.
Objective of Special Assembly
• Provide equal opportunity for every child.
• To help children to overcome the fear/anxiety and promote public speaking.
• To provide knowledge about current affairs and various other information.
• To build responsibility, leadership and teamwork.”
