Ek Bharat Shreshta Bharat programme aims to enhance interaction & promote mutual understanding between people of different states/UTs through the concept of state/UT pairing.
EBSB provides us platform to know more about different cultures of India.
School will carry out activities to promote a sustained and structured cultural connect in the areas of language learning, culture, traditions & music, tourism & cuisine, sports and sharing of best practices in paired state Uttarakhand.
Objective of the activity:
The Objective behind to mark Statehood Day is to bring awareness among the children about formation of the paired state.
Uttarakhand was formed on 9 November, 2000 by joining several districts from the Northern west part of Uttar Pradesh and a portion of the Himalayan Mountain range.
Statehood day of Uttarakhand is celebrated annually on 9th November.
Uttarakhand Day also referred to as Uttarakhand Divas.”
